Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers apprised of work progress.

In this role you will determine product needs with customers, suggest add-ons to increase transactions, and prepare price estimates prior to scheduling appointments. Strong organization and reliable follow-up are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle familiarity helpful.
• Proficient with computers and internet research.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process repair service requests for customers.
