Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process repair service requests and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed about work progress.

Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, suggesting add-on services, delivering price estimates before scheduling, and maintaining clear communication on job status throughout the process.

Qualifications

• One year of service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle experience.
• Proficient with computer use and internet research.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills required.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver''s license preferred.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on services to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
