Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services, provide administrative support to the Service Department, and keep customers apprised of progress.

You will determine product needs with customers, suggest add-on sales to boost transactions, and prepare price estimates for installations before scheduling appointments. A strong customer focus and solid computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of service experience preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and ability to search the internet as needed.
• Excellent organization and strong follow-up abilities.
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
