Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers informed about work progress.

You will determine product needs with customers, suggest add-ons to boost transactions, and prepare price estimates for installations before scheduling appointments. A strong customer focus and organization are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle knowledge.
• Proficient in computer-based tasks and internet searches.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
