Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers apprised of work progress.

You will determine product needs with customers, suggest add-on sales to boost average transactions, estimate installation prices before scheduling, and maintain clear communication on work progress throughout service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of service experience preferred
• RV product or camping lifestyle knowledge
• Strong computer skills and ability to perform internet searches
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills
• Ability to follow department procedures and policies
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
• Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling and bending

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments
• Keep customers apprised of work progress
