Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. As a Service Advisor you will initiate and process requests for repair services and provide administrative support to the Service Department while keeping customers apprised of work progress.

You will determine product needs by talking with customers, suggest add-ons to increase average transactions, provide price estimates for installations, and ensure adherence to department procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of service experience preferred.
• RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle preferred.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches.

Responsibilities

• Determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers.
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions.
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
• Keep customers apprised of work progress.
