Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. This role focuses on initiating and processing repair service requests and providing administrative support to the Service Department, while keeping customers apprised of work progress.

You will determine product needs with customers, suggest add-on sales, provide installation price estimates, and ensure customers are updated on progress throughout the service cycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of service experience preferred.
• RV product knowledge or camping lifestyle familiarity preferred.
• Proficient with computers and internet search.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
