Job summary

Bish's RV is hiring a Service Admin to support service and sales teams with administrative tasks, data entry, and delivery coordination. You will interact with customers, update records, and ensure accurate documentation across transactions.

The role requires strong communication, ability to handle multiple systems, and willingness to work Saturdays. Training is provided in dealership processes and compliance.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate multiple phone lines.
• Strong data entry and computer skills.
• Capable of independent work and teamwork.
• Wollows to pass a background and drug test.
• Must be available to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service through phone and in-person updates.
• Translate and input technician notes into our Service database.
• Organize physical files and upload photos and documents to our system.
• Collect, review, and organize required documents for each transaction.
• Coordinate delivery logistics and ensure trailer readiness.
• Operate multi-line phones and manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Use DealerTrack, eVision, and Excel/Microsoft Teams to manage documentation.
