Job summary

Bish's RV Omaha is seeking a Service Admin to support both service and sales teams with administrative tasks and customer communications. The role entails data entry, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining records in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Ideal candidates will excel in phone etiquette, possess strong computer skills, and be able to pass a background check. Training and a collaborative team culture are provided.

• Collect, review, and organize required documents for each transaction.
• Operate multi-line phones and handle calls professionally.
• Use system tools (DealerTrack, eVision, Excel, Teams) to manage documentation.
