Job summary

Bish’s RV is seeking a friendly Service Admin to join our team in Longview, TX. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer support, data entry, coordinating deliveries, and handling administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include updating customers, translating technician notes, organizing files, and ensuring records are accurate across the service and sales teams. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong computer and data-entry skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Willing to pass a background and drug test
• Available to work Saturdays (closed on Sundays)

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service through phone and in-person updates
• Translate and input technician notes into the Service database
• Organize physical files and upload photos/documents to the system
• Collect, review, and organize required documents for each transaction
• Coordinate delivery logistics and trailer readiness
• Operate multi-line phones and manage calls professionally
• Use Service database and Microsoft Office to manage documentation
