Job summary

Bish's RV is seeking a Service Admin to join our team in a fast-paced environment. You will deliver excellent customer support, handle data entry, coordinate deliveries, and maintain orderly service records.

Responsibilities include client communications, input of technician notes, document organization, and use of DealerTrack, eVision, and Excel. Saturdays required; Sundays closed. Benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Strong data-entry and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service through phone and in-person updates
• Translate and input technician notes into our Service database
• Organize physical files and upload photos and documents to our system
• Collect, review, and organize required documents for each transaction
• Coordinate delivery logistics and ensure trailer readiness
• Operate multi-line phones and manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally
• Use systems like DealerTrack, eVision, and Excel Teams to manage documentation
