Qualifications

• Sales experience is strongly recommended and directly tied to compensation.
• Ability to communicate promotions and contracts clearly.
• Excellent phone, email, and in-person communication required.
• Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed membership sales goals and contribute to commission-based income.
• Explain and negotiate current membership promotions and contracts.
• Provide expert information on membership products and options.
• Maintain relationships with members to drive referrals.
• Promote membership awareness at assigned campground locations.
• Engage with on-site staff to encourage referrals and compliant sales.
• Deliver high-quality customer service in-office and on-site environments.
