Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties seeks a Membership Specialist to promote and sell Thousand Trails memberships, meet sales targets, and act as a goodwill ambassador at designated parks. This role educates customers on membership benefits, especially appealing to full or part-time RVers, with a site provided at the park and both seasonal and year-round openings.

Seasonal relocation up to six months may be required, and an RV site is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and meeting targets.
• Ability to communicate promotions and contracts clearly.
• Knowledge of membership products and promotions.
• Professional relationship management with members.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals; compensation includes commissions and bonuses.
• Explain current membership promotions and contracts.
• Provide expert information on new membership products.
• Maintain relationships with current members to drive referrals.
• Promote awareness of memberships at assigned campground(s).
• Educate on-site staff to encourage referrals and recognize staff referrals.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and sales skills.
