Qualifications

• Sales experience is strongly recommended.
• Basic computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Word programs, Office 365, Email, and cloud-based software sales programs.
• Professional behavior and appearance.
• Excellent communicator via phone, email, and in person.
• Customer oriented hospitality skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Excellent prospecting and business development skills.
• Able to present benefits of products and close the sale.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell annual and seasonal sites.
• Meet sales targets.
• Assist as Goodwill Ambassador to communicate benefits of staying in the park.
• Educate potential customers about products and promotions.
• Coordinate with park operations and SalesForce for follow-ups.
• Lead presentations and show materials to prospects.
• Attend RV shows when possible to generate sales.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and leads in Salesforce.
