Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to expand our rural territory and drive sales of respiratory therapies and related services. You will educate providers, cultivate referral networks, and close new accounts while collaborating with local teams for seamless service.

The role offers a base salary of $45k with uncapped commissions; experienced candidates may earn up to $50k base plus commissions, depending on experience and referrals. Travel to assigned territory is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Four year college degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in B2B or healthcare sales preferred; new grads welcome.
• Willingness to travel; in-person territory visits.
• CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and grow referral relationships within hospitals, clinics and other service areas.
• Educate healthcare providers about Rotech's products and value-based care.
• Own your rural territory: prospect, present, and close new accounts.
• Partner with local team to ensure seamless service.
• Report sales activity and territory trends to management via call planner.
• In person visits to referral sources within the assigned territory.
