Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking Account Executives to drive growth in our national respiratory and home health portfolio. Entry-level candidates start with a base of $45k/year plus uncapped commissions, while experienced sellers may earn higher base pay plus commissions based on market contacts and referrals.

The role requires building referral networks, educating providers on products, and extensive in-person visits across a defined rural territory. Travel is a key component of the position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Four-year college degree preferred or equivalent.
• Experience in respiratory or medical sales preferred.
• Willingness to travel to assigned rural territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and grow referral relationships within hospitals, physician clinics, and other service areas.
• Educate healthcare providers about Rotech’s products, services, and value-based care.
• Own your rural territory: prospect, present, and close new accounts.
• Partner with our local team to ensure seamless service.
• Report sales activity and territory trends to management via call planner.
• In-person visits to referral sources within the assigned territory.
