Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth in our rural territories. You will develop referral relationships with hospitals and clinics, educate providers about respiratory therapies, and close new accounts.

This role rewards performance with a base salary plus uncapped commission and travel allowances. Entry-level candidates to experienced sales professionals are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Four year college degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in respiratory or medical sales preferred.
• Leadership experience in other areas or fields is a plus.
• 2+ years in B2B or healthcare sales preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and grow referral relationships within hospitals and clinics.
• Educate healthcare providers about products and value-based care.
• Own rural territory: prospect, present, and close new accounts.
• Partner with local team to ensure seamless service.
• Report sales activity and territory trends to management.
