Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Field Technician to cover a rural area west to southwest of Oklahoma City, OK. The role combines technical support, project management, and field operations to maintain network performance and reliability.

You will work with radio access networks, backhaul, signaling, disaster recovery, data services, and location-based services while supporting timely updates and process improvements. Must be able to travel and lift equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent is required.
• 2-4 years of working experience in Field Operations and maintenance.
• 2-4 years of wireless telecommunications or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts.
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates.
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management.
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation with senior technicians.
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards.
• Other duties/projects as assigned by business management.
