Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 2–4 years field ops experience.
• 2–4 years field operations and maintenance.
• 2–4 years wireless telecommunications experience.
• Knowledge of RF, antennas, fiber, microwave and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues.
• Manage smaller projects or project segments with status updates.
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance.
• Develop job aids, scopes of work, and procedures with senior staff.
• Complete required training to stay current on systems and standards.
• Grow skills through continuous learning and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Take on other duties as assigned by management.
