Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Technician to support sites in Clovis, NM and surrounding areas. You will apply technical knowledge to maintain and improve network performance and reliability, handling outages, projects, and process improvements.

Ideal candidates bring 5G NR, base station, and RAN experience, with strong technical support and project management skills, plus willingness to travel and relocate as needed. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
• Acceptable areas of study include Vocational/Technical Training or related field (Preferred)
• 2-4 years Working experience in Field Operations and maintenance. (Preferred)
• 2-4 years Wireless telecommunications or other related experience. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
