Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Technician to support network operations across Elkhart east toward Angola and surrounding areas. The role requires hands-on technical knowledge of radio access networks, backhaul, signaling, and disaster recovery to ensure stable service.

You will manage small projects, develop documentation with senior techs, and stay current with systems and organizational standards. Relocation or local residency may be needed per site coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination (Required)
• Vocational/Technical Training or related field preferred
• 2–4 years Working experience in Field Operations and maintenance (Preferred)
• 2–4 years Wireless telecommunications or other related experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
