Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2–4 years in field operations or wireless telecommunications, and strong 5G NR and RAN knowledge. Travel is required, with DOT-regulated status noted.

• Base Station knowledge is required.
• Disaster Recovery Planning is required.
• Network Troubleshooting is required.
• Project Management is required.
• Radio Access Networks (RAN) knowledge required.
• Technical Support experience required.
• Wireless Backhaul experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts.
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required.
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management.
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians.
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
