Job summary

The role covers radio access networks, backhaul, signaling, disaster recovery, data services, and location-based services, with emphasis on field duties and independent work across a wide territory.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2–4 years in field operations and wireless telecom, and strong knowledge of RAN, 5G NR, and test equipment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in Field Operations and maintenance.
• 2–4 years in Wireless telecommunications or related experience.
• Knowledge of radio access networks, backhaul, signaling, disaster recovery, data services, and location-based services.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts.
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required.
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management.
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation with senior technicians.
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and standards.
• Develop yourself through continuous learning to grow skills and alignment with organizational values.
