Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring a Field Technician to support the Greater Tulsa, Oklahoma area. You will maintain and improve network performance, manage small projects, and assist with process improvements across RAN, backhaul, and data services.

The role requires a mix of technical support, project coordination, and hands-on field work, with a focus on reliability and timely updates to leadership. A 2–4 year background in field operations and wireless telecom is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and experience deemed equivalent.
• 2-4 years working experience in Field Operations and maintenance.
• 2-4 years wireless telecommunications or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues.
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates.
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management.
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation with senior technicians.
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
