Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking an impactful Field Technician to cover a rural area west to southwest of Oklahoma City, OK. The role blends technical support, project coordination, and operational improvement to ensure network performance and reliability.

The ideal candidate has a background in wireless telecom, field operations, and knowledge of RAN, backhaul, 5G NR, and base stations. Flexibility for day/night shifts and on-call duties is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
• 2-4 years - Working experience in Field Operations and maintenance.
• 2-4 years - Wireless telecommunications or other related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
