Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Field Technician to support a multi-state area centered on Millington, Atoka and Ripley, Tennessee. The role requires independent field work, knowledge of radio access networks, backhaul, signaling, and 5G NR, with a focus on maintaining network performance and reliability across sites.

Responsibilities include resolving performance issues, managing small projects, drafting job aids and documentation, and completing required training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• 2–4 years of working experience in Field Operations and maintenance
• 2–4 years of wireless telecommunications or related experience] ,

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues and contribute to outage resolution efforts
• Manage smaller projects or project segments, delivering accurate status and progress updates as required
• Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior staff and management
• Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation in collaboration with senior technicians
• Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
