Job summary

Top Dog Recruiting supports a premier Montana health system in Great Falls by recruiting a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). The role delivers cardiopulmonary care, including ventilation management, ABG sampling and patient education, under supervision of the Respiratory Care Manager.

The candidate will hold an Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy or higher, Montana license or eligibility, NBRC RRT credential, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in respiratory therapy.
• Active Montana Respiratory Care Practitioner license or eligibility.
• NBRC RRT credential and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct cardiopulmonary care including aerosol therapies, ventilation setup/management, ABG sampling and testing.
• Evaluate patients, monitor response to therapy and adjust protocols with physicians.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical respiratory support across units and ages.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and home therapy.
• Follow CQI, safety guidelines and regulatory standards.
