Top Echelon Software, LLC in Great Falls, Montana is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide comprehensive cardiopulmonary care as part of a dedicated team. The role includes evaluation, therapy, monitoring, and family education with favorable nurse-and-therapist-to-patient ratios.

Under the Respiratory Care Manager, you will deliver aerosol therapies, ventilation management, ABG analysis, and diagnostic testing; respond to emergencies and ensure treatment quality while

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Montana Respiratory Care Practitioner license or eligibility.
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct cardiopulmonary care including aerosol therapies, chest physiotherapy, vent management, ABG sampling, and diagnostics.
• Evaluate patients, monitor responses, adjust protocols with physicians, and document outcomes.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical respiratory support across units.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and home therapy equipment.
• Adhere to CQI initiatives, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards.
