Accounting Search is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a full-time, on-site role in Great Falls, Montana. You will evaluate, treat, and monitor patients with cardiopulmonary disorders, perform diagnostic testing, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The role requires Montana licensure (or eligibility), NBRC RRT credential, and BLS/ACLS/PALS. A retention bonus, relocation support, and comprehensive benefits accompany a competitive base

Qualificações

• Associate degree or higher from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Active Montana license or immediate eligibility to obtain.
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Strong knowledge of respiratory care processes and infection control.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver direct cardiopulmonary care including therapies and ventilation management.
• Perform patient evaluations, monitor responses, and document outcomes.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical respiratory support across units.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and home therapy equipment.
• Adhere to CQI initiatives and hospital safety standards.
