Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to support a cardiopulmonary team in Great Falls, Montana. You will evaluate, treat, and care for patients with cardiopulmonary disorders under the Respiratory Care Manager, performing diagnostics and ventilation management in a high-quality care setting.

The role requires NBRC RRT, Montana licensure or eligibility, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree or higher from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted Montana Respiratory Care Practitioner license or immediate eligibility.
• Credentials: NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in good standing.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS valid.

Responsabilités

• Deliver direct cardiopulmonary care including aerosol therapies and chest physiotherapy.
• Manage mechanical ventilation setup and arterial blood gas sampling.
• Assess patients, monitor responses, and document outcomes.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical respiratory support across all ages.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and home care.
