Job summary

Hire Consulting Services seeks a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in Great Falls, MT, to support a premier healthcare system’s cardiopulmonary team. The role covers evaluation, therapy, monitoring, and education across patient populations under supervision of the Respiratory Care Manager.

Responsibilities include aerosol therapy, ventilation management, ABG sampling, clinical evaluation, emergency response, and patient/family instruction. Strong emphasis on CQI and safety adherence.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy.
• Active Montana license or eligibility to obtain.
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Strong knowledge of cardiopulmonary care processes and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct cardiopulmonary care including aerosol therapies, chest physiotherapy, ventilation setup/management, ABG sampling/analysis, and diagnostic testing.
• Evaluate patient responses, adjust treatment protocols with physicians, and document outcomes.
• Respond to emergencies (code blue, rapid responses, trauma) and provide critical respiratory support across units.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and home-care equipment.
• Adhere to CQI initiatives, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards.
