Top Echelon Software, LLC, partnering with a premier Montana health system, seeks a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a full-time on-site role in Great Falls. You will deliver comprehensive respiratory care, including ventilation support, diagnostic testing, and patient education under supervision of the Respiratory Care Manager.

Formación

• Associate degree or higher in respiratory therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Montana RC licensure or eligibility; NBRC RRT credential.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver direct cardiopulmonary care including aerosol therapies, chest physiotherapy, ventilation setup/management, ABG sampling/analysis, and diagnostic testing.
• Conduct patient clinical evaluations, monitor treatment responses, adjust protocols with physicians, and document outcomes.
• Respond to emergency situations (code blue, rapid responses, trauma) and provide critical respiratory support across all ages and units.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and home therapy equipment.
• Adhere to CQI initiatives, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards.
