Job summary

Connectly Recruiting is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a premier Montana healthcare system in Great Falls. You will provide comprehensive respiratory care under the Respiratory Care Manager, contributing to patient assessments and therapy planning.

The role requires expertise in cardiopulmonary care, ventilator management, ABG analysis, and education for patients and families. A supportive team environment and strong CQI focus are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher from an accredited respiratory therapy program.
• Active NBRC credentials and Montana licensure or eligibility.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct cardiopulmonary care including aerosol therapies, chest physiotherapy, ventilator setup/management, ABG sampling, and diagnostic testing.
• Conduct clinical evaluations, monitor responses, adjust protocols with physicians, and document outcomes.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical respiratory support across units and age groups.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and home therapy equipment.
• Follow CQI initiatives, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards.
