Job summary

H. T. PROF Group in Great Falls, MT is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide comprehensive cardiopulmonary care under supervision of the Respiratory Care Manager.

You will evaluate, treat, and monitor patients with cardiopulmonary disorders, perform diagnostic testing, and educate patients and families. The role requires an Associate degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy, Montana licensure or eligibility, NBRC RRT credential, and CPR/BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Montana license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentialing.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct cardiopulmonary care including therapy administration and ventilation management.
• Evaluate patients, document outcomes, and adjust care plans with physicians.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical respiratory support across units.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and home therapies.
• Adhere to CQI initiatives and hospital safety standards.
