Job summary

RRC Solutions Group seeks a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join the cardiopulmonary team in Great Falls, Montana. You will evaluate, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory disorders under supervision, performing diagnostic testing, therapy delivery, and patient education.

The role emphasizes critical care support, ventilator management, and collaboration with physicians and nurses. A strong focus on CQI, safety, and regulatory standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in respiratory therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Montana license or eligibility; NBRC RRT credential.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct cardiopulmonary care including aerosol therapies and ventilator management.
• Evaluate patients, monitor responses, adjust protocols with physicians.
• Respond to emergencies and provide respiratory support across units.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and home therapy equipment.
• Contribute to CQI initiatives and comply with safety and regulatory standards.
