Job summary

Percheron LLC in Deming, NM seeks a Right of Way Lead to supervise a team of ROW Agents under the Project Manager. You will direct workflow, gather information, and ensure alignment with project goals.

You will research and negotiate land rights, manage permits and easements, coordinate with landowners, and produce daily activity reports while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and client procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of experience in the Right of Way industry.
• Highly organized with ability to track and report project status.
• Strong knowledge of applicable ROW laws, rules, regulations, and acquisition policies.
• Experience with land ownership, easements, permits, and related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities of ROW Agents under supervision to the Project Manager/ROW Supervisor.
• Ensure the work of the team is efficient, accurate, and timely.
• Provide tools and information needed to perform jobs for ROW Agents.
• Research, negotiate, and elect to purchase land rights and easements for construction.
• Identify land ownership interests, permits, and obtain necessary permits.
• Oversee legal issues including transfers of titles, deeds, and zoning.
• Prepare daily activity reports and special reports on complex negotiations.
