Percheron LLC is seeking a Sr. Right of Way Agent to support land acquisition, title work, permitting, and documentation under supervision. You will leverage knowledge of ROW disciplines to advance projects and manage complex negotiations.

The role involves field and office work, researching ownership, reviewing easements, and ensuring compliance with regulations while coordinating with project teams to meet timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years experience in Right of Way.
• Knowledge of laws, rules, regulations, ROW policies and procedures.
• Ability to handle title research, easements, and permits independently.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Research, negotiate, and elect to purchase land rights for ROW.
• Identify land ownership interests and permit requirements.
• Oversee title transfers, deeds, and zoning matters.
• Prepare reports on negotiations and easements and permits.
• Collaborate with project teams and landowners to resolve issues.
