Job summary

Percheron LLC seeks a Right of Way (ROW) Project Manager to oversee projects and field staff, ensuring clear communication between field personnel and management. Leadership, budgeting, and analytical skills will guide project scope, milestones, and SOP compliance.

The role requires managing client negotiations, reporting, and on-site representation at meetings, with a strong emphasis on timely delivery and compliance with laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Possess effective communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate Microsoft Office software and e‑mail.
• Two‑Four years of supervisory experience.
• At least six years of relevant experience in the industry.
• Good understanding of the legal aspects of documents required to complete the project, as well as area property values, environmental issues, and permitting requirements of jurisdictional agencies in the project area.
• Ability to work autonomously and to collaborate fully as a team player.
• Ability to pay close attention to details and demonstrate planning, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities readily.
• Ability to maintain regular attendance as per work schedule and overtime if warranted.
• Ability to comply with applicable laws and Company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with client contract negotiations.
• Review and understand contract/work orders and terms for client and agents.
• Coordinate with the supervisor in developing project scope, budget, deliverables and milestones.
• Refine SOPs and implement project SOPs at the project level.
• Serve as onsite representative and attend client meetings.
• Assist in scheduling and completion of onsite audits.
• Ensure accuracy of client reports and GIS tools.
• Attend project kickoff meetings and subsequent conference calls.
• Communicate potential cost overruns and scope changes with the client.
