Job summary

Percheron LLC is seeking a Right of Way (ROW) Project Manager to oversee multiple projects, coordinate with clients, manage budgets and deliverables, and lead field personnel. The role emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and a solid understanding of contract terms and permitting requirements.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, a track record in budgeting and project oversight, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and client representatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email.
• 2–4 years of supervisory experience
• At least 6 years of relevant industry experience
• Good understanding of contract terms, permitting requirements, and environmental considerations.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with client contract negotiations.
• Review contract/work orders and terms for clients and agents.
• Coordinate with supervisor on project scope, budget, deliverables and milestones.
• Refine SOPs and implement project SOP at the project level.
• Serve as onsite representative for client meetings and functions.
• Assist in scheduling and completion of onsite audits.
• Ensure accuracy of client reports and GIS tools.
• Attend project kick-off meetings and conference calls.
• Communicate cost overruns and scope changes with the client promptly.
• Coordinate with Accounting on client invoices and follow-ups.
• Approve project-related expenses and manage direct reports.
• Hold regular management meetings to improve communication and training.
• Provide staffing alignment and performance guidance.
• Assist with RFP and formal estimates preparation.
• Maintain liaison with local associations and industry events.
