Job summary

Percheron LLC is seeking a ROW Agent to assist in survey permission, acquisition, and title research under supervision. The role involves researching and negotiating land leases and rights of way for construction projects, and coordinating permits as needed.

The candidate will review land ownership, easement rights, and related documents, apply company procedures, and liaise with landowners. Field and office duties are expected, with regular reporting and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Right of Way or Real Estate Industry (minimum 1 year).
• Strong knowledge of land ownership concepts and easement terminology.
• Ability to interpret alignment sheets and plats.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research, negotiate and arrange short- and long-term land lease or right of way for construction.
• Identify land ownership interests and required permits; acquire permits as directed.
• Oversee land-related legal issues including transfers of titles, deeds and zoning.
• Prepare daily activity and negotiation reports; may work in the field or office.
• Perform due diligence to ensure accuracy of land rights and identify deficiencies.
• Serve as liaison with landowners on ownership, easement rights, and access issues.
