Job summary

Percheron LLC seeks a ROW Agent to support negotiation and acquisition of land rights for construction projects. The role involves researching ownership interests, securing permits, and handling title-related matters with oversight from a Lead Agent.

Field work and office tasks are required. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in ROW, strong knowledge of land-related contracts, and excellent communication skills to liaise with landowners and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Right of Way industry.
• Strong understanding of right-of-way laws, policies and procedures.
• Experience with land title research and related documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Research, negotiate, and elect to purchase land rights and rights of way for construction.
• Identify land ownership interests and obtain necessary permits and approvals.
• Oversee title transfers, deeds, and related legal matters.
• Prepare activity and negotiation reports; travel to field sites as needed.
• Perform due diligence to verify land rights and resolve deficiencies.
