Job summary

Percheron, LLC seeks an experienced ROW Agent to handle land rights acquisition and easement negotiations for construction projects. You will work under a Lead Agent or ROW Supervisor, researching ownership interests and permitting requirements, and coordinating with landowners.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a field-heavy environment. Office and field duties are both involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in Right of Way or Real Estate industry.
• Knowledge of land-related contracts and permits for construction and operation.
• Experience with acquisition, relocation documents, and due diligence processes.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; customer-focused.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Research, negotiate, and elect to purchase land leases and Right of Way for construction.
• Identify and detail land ownership interests and required permits.
• Oversee land-related legal issues, including title transfers and zoning.
• Prepare activity reports and special reports for complex negotiations.
• Perform due diligence to ensure accuracy of land rights and remedies.
• Serve as liaison with landowners on ownership and easement rights.
• Review third-party development plans and relevant ROW records for conflicts.
• Maintain status updates with lead agent or supervisor and comply with client procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
