Job summary

Percheron LLC is seeking a Sr. Right of Way Agent to lead land acquisition efforts for construction projects. The role requires expertise in title, permitting, and documentation, with strong negotiation skills for effective settlements.

You will analyze land ownership, review easements, permits, and alignment sheets, and coordinate with landowners and internal teams to ensure compliant, timely transactions in a field- and office-based environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong negotiation skills with landowners and agencies.
• Knowledge of land rights, easements, permits, and title documents.
• Ability to research property ownership, permits, and zoning.
• Excellent written and oral communication for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Research, negotiate, and elect land leases and ROW for construction.
• Identify ownership interests and required permits for projects.
• Oversee title transfers, deeds, mortgages, and zoning matters.
• Prepare reports on complex easements, settlements, and permit acquisitions.
• Coordinate with landowners, tenants, and project managers as required.
• Review plans and ROW records to identify conflicts and ensure compliance.
