Job summary

Aventiv Technologies is seeking a Field Service Technician I to travel to facilities and maintain, repair, and resolve issues on company devices. The role supports onsite, hybrid, or roving work, including training incarcerated individuals on tablet usage and coordinating with dispatch for timely service.

You will handle setup, troubleshooting, and software updates on tablets, Kiosk, and related systems while ensuring security and inventory management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work in difficult environments such as corrections.
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Travel to facilities to maintain, repair and resolve issues.
• Set up and maintain tablets for users and manage access.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot tablets and related systems.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with dispatch for work orders.
• Educate customers on product usage and ensure security measures.
