Job summary

Aventiv is seeking a Field Service Technician I to travel to various facilities, maintain and repair tablets and related equipment, and provide technical support. The role supports onsite, hybrid, or roving work and requires strong communication and multitasking to coordinate with dispatchers and other teams.

Responsibilities include setting up tablets, training users, managing inventory, and assisting with software updates while upholding security measures at facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience working in difficult environments e.g. corrections.
• Experience working with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Travel to facilities to maintain and repair company equipment.
• Set up and maintain tablets for users.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot tablets.
• Train incarcerated individuals on how to use the tablets.
• Manage inventory of equipment and tools.
• Coordinate with dispatchers on assignments and ETA.
• Ensure security measures to prevent misuse of tablets.
• Assist with software updates and installations.
