Job summary

Aventiv is seeking a Field Service Technician I to travel to facilities, maintain and repair tablets and other devices, and provide technical support. The role includes setting up devices, training users, and coordinating with dispatchers for service windows.

Based in Abilene, TX, the technician will work onsite with optional hybrid roving aspects, handling inventory and ensuring security measures during operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience working in difficult environments e.g. corrections.
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Travel to facilities to maintain, repair and resolve issues on all company products.
• Set up and maintain tablets for users.
• Repair phones, kiosk, video terminals, WAPs, tablets in correctional facilities.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for tablets and devices.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions on tablets.
