Valcourt Group, a leader in exterior maintenance services, seeks an Operations Coordinator in Phoenix. You will relay daily instructions to drivers and coordinate routes to ensure on-time service. This on-site role handles customer call-ins, updates delivery times, and works with the customer service team on scheduling.

You’ll review driver manifests and report issues to the Operations Manager. The position requires strong organization, communication, and problem-solving to keep daily operations

Responsabilidades

• Communicate schedules, route changes, and conditions to drivers.
• Handle all customer call-ins and update expected delivery/service times.
• Make outgoing calls to resolve issues such as locked gates or missed services.
• Coordinate deliveries and services with the customer service department.
• Post routes and pickups; sequence routes and pickups as needed.
• Review driver manifests daily for accuracy and document notes with drivers.
• Verify manifest information and ensure proper posting of data.
• Keep Operations Manager informed of issues and resolutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
