Job summary

Riverstone Logistics is seeking an Operations Coordinator, Routing & Dispatch to support day-to-day delivery operations and optimize carrier performance. You’ll monitor morning loadout, driver activity, and customer service levels while collaborating with internal teams.

The role emphasizes ethics, problem-solving, and a customer-focused mindset, with opportunities to grow within a fast-paced logistics environment. This on-site position offers a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with dispatching software (Samsara, Dispatch Track) preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with others.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with routing, scheduling, and checking delivery status.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate day-to-day delivery operations and monitor loadout, deliveries, and carrier needs.
• Ensure timely reporting of loadout/returns and carrier compliance.
• Maintain professional relationships with management, carriers, and client staff.
• Utilize routing software and coordinate updates with other departments.
• Schedule orders and notify customers of next-day delivery windows.
• Handle escalations from clients and assist in issue resolution.
