You will supervise crews, coordinate with supervisors and office staff, enforce safety protocols, and drive on-time project close‑outs with thorough documentation.

A 3+ year operations background and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of operations management experience in commercial services or exterior maintenance.
• Strong background in safety compliance and quality control.
• Experience managing field crews, admin staff, and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with estimating, job costing, and production planning.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, crew assignments, and daily operations for efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure service quality and safety compliance.
• Enforce safety protocols and lead safety meetings and training.
• Oversee administrative processes including forms, timesheets, incident reporting, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales and Estimating on bids, project planning, and execution.
• Supervise operations staff, set performance goals, and document coaching and actions.
