Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• DOT compliance: complete physical exam and DOT requirements.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Tech-savvy and willing to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Participate in UniFirst’s Service Certificate Program to prepare for a Route Service Representative role.
• Assist the service team by loading and unloading route trucks.
• Deliver clean garments and return soiled items to customers on established routes.
• Provide route coverage during RSR absences.
• Operate a company walk‑in truck along designated routes with safety.
• Engage in indoor and outdoor work environments with energy and attention to safety.
• Contribute to service department success by building customer relationships and driving daily operations.
• Maintain a predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends.
